We're looking for a Security Engineering Delivery Manager to lead an engagement with our clients Security Engineering team, drive the successful delivery of key security initiatives, and help mature our engineering practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people as much as delivering complex technical programmes.

As Security Engineering Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Security Engineers while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic security projects across the organisation.

This is a leadership role where you'll spend time coaching engineers, developing talent, improving engineering maturity and ensuring the team has the structure, support and clarity needed to succeed.

  • Hybrid - 2 days on site in Central London.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Security Engineers through coaching, career development and regular performance conversations.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Security Engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning and delivery reviews.
  • Identify delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, working across teams to resolve them.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Engineering and the wider business to communicate progress and priorities.
  • Translate technical security initiatives into clear business outcomes and articulate the value of cyber security investment.
  • Drive improvements in engineering processes, governance and delivery maturity.
  • Champion Agile ways of working and maintain excellent project hygiene using Jira and associated delivery tools.
  • Support the continued evolution of our Security Engineering capability and promote engineering best practice across the organisation.

Required skills & qualifications

You’ll be an experienced people leader with a strong background in Security Engineering, Cloud Security or Dev Sec Ops, combined with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programmes.

  • Leading and developing teams of Security Engineers (minimum three direct reports).
  • Delivering technical or cyber security projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • Building strong relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Improving engineering maturity, delivery processes and ways of working.
  • Managing delivery using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Balancing people leadership with project delivery responsibilities.

You don't need to be hands-on every day, but you'll be technically credible and comfortable engaging with senior engineers and security leaders across areas such as:
