Established in 2013, we specialise in cloud migration and development, digital transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, data and machine learning.
As part of a major transformation program, we’re seeking a Product & Change Manager (PCM) to help lead change initiatives across day to day operations. This is a hands-on delivery role, well suited to a former management consultant (MBB or similar) or a transformation leader from a complex operational environment, who enjoys working closely with product, data and technology teams to solve ambiguous, high-impact business challenges.
As Product & Change Manager, you will sit at the intersection of product, operations and change, owning the delivery of initiatives that drive measurable outcomes across the organisation. Please note: this is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week onsite at our customers Heathrow office.
Required skills:- A background in management consulting (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Quantum Black, or BCG X) or experience in the aviation industry
- Proven experience driving adoption and change for new AI or digital tools
- Strong experience in operational improvement, transformation, or process design
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and structured thinking
- Experience leading initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Previous experience as a Project Leader, Engagement Manager or equivalent, owning delivery from definition through to implementation
- Lead and deliver product-led change initiatives across multiple business units
- Drive operational planning and execution, improving process and embedded changes into BAU
- Own end to end programme delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met and impact is realised
- Partner closely with product, data science and technology teams to shape and execute change aligned to the product roadmap
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, using clear narratives and structured storytelling
- Bring structure, pace and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous problems
