We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
As the UK Regional Digital Marketing Leader, you will set and execute the digital marketing strategy for the UK, partnering with the UK marketing team to ensure alignment with regional goals and objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor to marketers while leading a team of experienced Digital Marketing managers to drive impactful campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
We will count on you to:
- Develop and implement the UK digital marketing strategy, bringing strong data-driven insights while ensuring alignment with our global digital marketing objectives.
- Lead and coach a team of Digital Marketing managers, driving effective campaign execution and demand generation activities across multiple channels.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to UK marketers, helping them optimize digital tactics and integrate them into broader marketing plans.
- Partner with UK marketing leadership and business stakeholders to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Establish and refine operational frameworks, workflows, and governance models to increase efficiency and scalability of digital marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute multi-channel digital acquisition strategies that accelerate pipeline growth and support business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI.
- Allocate resources effectively across campaigns, ensuring the most impactful initiatives receive the necessary support.
What you need to have:
- Proven in-depth digital marketing expertise across the buyer journey from search to conversion, with particular strength in demand generation and campaign management, with significant experience within the financial services or professional services sector.
- Excellent strategic and executional ability with strong communication skills.
- Superior analytics skills to track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment, balancing global CoE models with local team and business requirements.
- Experience of managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
