About The Role
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell our products and services, converting these into bookings.
- Account manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying sales opportunities and increasing spend.
- Record, update and maintain accurate customer data and customer interaction on the CRM system.
- Establish the skip hire needs of commercial and domestic customers and provide appropriate commercial solutions.
- Proactively manage incoming enquiries and prospecting opportunities.
What We Need From You
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment accurately, with good attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate and identify business opportunities.
- Enthusiastic, driven and determined.
- Confident with Microsoft Office programmes.
- Previous sales experience and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven success of achieving targets and working to KPIs.
- Some experience of skip hire or waste management would be desirable but not essential, as support will be given in your induction and training.
