Our Management Consulting client based in London is looking to grow and establish their AI Offering within their business. Companies have continued to ask "How can we adopt AI?" and Consultancies are coming up with the answer, we start with what you know and then grow in your usage of MS Copilot. Our client is therefore seeking to add to their cohort an Established AI Training Lead to work with businesses to help grow in their adoption of Copilot AI and where best this can be utilised by firms. You will be dealing with those who have some experience as well as those who have avoided it altogether. This is an opportunity to take the lead in AI and grow a business's confidence in its use.
Role Requirement
- Solid experience of an IT/Tech Training background with more recent exposure to training in AI Copilot
- Experience of working within a Change Programme where Comms, Org Design, Stakeholder Management and Training all form part of the core aims
- Ability to create material as well as present
- Be willing to work on-site when required in Uxbridge as the client has requested a physical presence for training over remote
- Curriculum design and knowledge transfer strategy in order for the business to adopt the confidence on their own.
Role Perks
- Contract role of initially 3 months (With potential extension)
- £600 per day Outside IR35
- Ability to delve more deeply into the AI Training market which is only going to get bigger
