Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster their I&S Post Deal Function after some excellent growth throughout 2025. AMA has made multiple successful engagements with this client and is a key account for our firm who we are excited to be working with again.
If you have worked in I&S, Post Deal Post Merger Integration with a financial mindset you will be suitable for this opportunity. Experience in Post-Deal Integration & Separation functions within Financial Programmes is required.
Be financially minded with experience in deal programmes where finance functions were required to work on. Preferably have come from a Management Consulting/Advisory background such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY & PwC.
