Our Management Consultancy client based in London, is currently looking to hire a need Senior Manager / AD to their Procurement Advisory & Strategy Team. The company is looking to expand quickly in the EU and has chosen London as key place to generate that growth. The role is flexible with the candidate choice typically the deciding factor of how much office time you'd like to do.
The successful candidate will have experience operating within the Management Conusltancy sector and have worked in the Procurement Advisory or Strategy team, have an awareness of procurement delivery metrics and have delivered on programmes in the past, and have a savvy approach and understanding of business development within Consulting.
Role Description:
- Responsible for providing expert guidance to senior leaders at client organisations
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing client relationships together with the assigned account manager, and to
- Deliver compelling insight that make our members long-term clients
- Be a trusted advisor, able to coach procurement leaders and their direct reports on key issues related to delivering business value
- Lead formal and informal briefings to client companies, virtually and in person, as part of small and larger groups, to deliver webcasts, and podcasts.
Experience Required:
- Procurement transformation/change and delivery and traditional consulting experience, comprising of transformation, strategy, technology, excellence roles
- Exposure or experience to Category Management, Sourcing & Supplier/Subscription Management
- Experience of operating within the Private Sector (Pharma, Automotive, Industrial, Energy & Utilities & Supply Chain)
- 10+ years experience
