Milk Education Liverpool is seeking a committed and supportive Year 9 1:1 Support Assistant to work closely with a student who requires tailored academic and pastoral support across all curriculum subjects. This is a rewarding role where you will make a direct, positive impact on a young person's progress and confidence.
About the Role
- Providing individualised support across all subjects, helping the student stay engaged and focused
- Supporting with classwork, homework, revision and organisation
- Breaking down tasks to suit individual learning needs
- Helping to manage behaviour, motivation and emotional wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
- Tracking progress and identifying areas where additional support may be needed
