The Role
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and additional needs.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
