The Role

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and additional needs.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
