The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and answer general questions.
- Take attendance and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Gain experience across a variety of subjects and year groups.
- We Are Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Confident communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring, etc.).
- A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.
- An interest in education and potentially training to become a teacher.
