Milk Education is seeking a caring 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with targeted learning and emotional needs at a Woking school. You will provide personalised, one-to-one support across the curriculum and work closely with teachers and the inclusion SENCO to implement individual learning plans.

This role offers an immediate start as a key part of a supportive team, delivering small group interventions when required and helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence.
