What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting students during Classroom, PE lessons and practical activities.
- Delivering targeted interventions focused on engagement, wellbeing, and confidence-building.
- Using sport as a tool to encourage positive behaviour and participation.
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs.
- Assisting teachers across the wider curriculum when required.
- Supporting extracurricular sports clubs, enrichment activities, and school events.
- Acting as a positive role model and mentor for students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with young people through education, sport, coaching, education, youth work, or mentoring.
- A passion for supporting students' personal and academic development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach.
