Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham , and we're looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Working alongside teachers and school staff
- We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, young people or adults in a professional capacity within the last 5 years
- Teaching Assistant experience is desirable
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and adaptable approach
