About the role?
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning.
- Promote positive behaviour and help children develop confidence and independence.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are always followed.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children reach their full potential.
About you?
We are looking for Early Years Teaching Assistants who:
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Previous experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A Level 3 or Level 4 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable or essential, depending on the role).
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.
