A thriving secondary school in Wallasey is seeking a Maths Teacher to join its successful department from September.

Milk Education is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school that has invested heavily in raising attainment across Mathematics in recent years.

With strong leadership, excellent behaviour systems and a supportive team culture, the school is looking for a teacher who can inspire students and contribute positively to the department's continued success.

The successful candidate will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for suitably experienced applicants.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Preparing students for GCSE examinations.
  • Using assessment data to support pupil progress.
  • Collaborating with an established and supportive Maths department.
  • Creating an inclusive learning environment where students can achieve their potential.
  • Contributing to intervention and revision programmes where appropriate.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
