We're currently recruiting for a Qualified Teacher to join on supply in Primary Schools in and around Wakefield in on a long or short-term basis starting in September. This role is on a supply basis and could either be Day-2-Day work or a Longer-Term position depending on preference.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, following school policies and curriculum plans while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using strong behaviour management strategies to ensure pupils remain focused, safe and engaged throughout the school day.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND, EAL and varying abilities, promoting inclusion and ensuring every child can access learning.
- Complete all expected teaching responsibilities, including planning (where required), marking, assessment, safeguarding, and effective communication with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements or Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching within UK Primary Schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills with the ability to adapt to different school settings.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum, safeguarding, and inclusive teaching practices.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) and the Right to Work in the UK.
