Milk Education is seeking motivated individuals to support students aged 11-18 in secondary schools across Merton and Kingston, both in and out of the classroom.

You'll use coaching skills to build positive relationships, encourage engagement and help students overcome barriers to learning.

You'll deliver mentoring and intervention sessions, support teachers, and help create a calm, positive learning environment.
