Milk Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a specialist alternative provision in Hackney. This is not a typical classroom assistant role, but hands-on experience with pupils who have anxiety, EBSA, autism and complex emotional needs.
You will work in a nurturing setting designed to rebuild trust and emotional safety, delivering 1:1 and small group support and collaborating with teachers, therapists and external professionals to help pupils re-engage with learning.
