Learning Support Assistant - Teddington
Location: Teddington, South West London
Pay: £100-£120 per day
Start Date: October 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Milk Education are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Teddington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help pupils build confidence, develop key skills and make progress in the classroom.
The Role
- Support pupils with classroom learning across the primary curriculum.
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Assist with reading, writing and maths activities.
- Help pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons.
- Support classroom routines and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with the class teacher to meet pupils' needs.
About You
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- A patient, supportive and proactive approach.
- Confident building positive relationships with pupils.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and enthusiastic about working in education.
This role would suit an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant or someone with relevant childcare experience looking to develop their career in a school.
