We're currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Manchester on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs
  • Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps
  • Working alongside teaching staff to adapt resources and support lesson delivery
  • Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and able to learn


Requirements or Skills:


  • Recent experience working in a school, college or education setting
  • Solid literacy and numeracy skills
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or a similar subject — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Comfortable taking direction from teaching staff and working effectively as part of a team

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
