What will you be doing?

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.

Supporting children with SEND, additional learning needs and individual learning plans.

Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

Helping pupils develop their academic, social and emotional skills.

Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Who are we looking for?
-
Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.

Experience supporting SEND pupils is an advantage.

A positive, patient and adaptable approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
