As a Primary Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, supporting pupil progress and fostering a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and senior leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with school policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
