The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Practitioner, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Help students develop communication, emotional regulation and social skills.
- Work closely with teachers, Speech & Language Therapists and other specialist professionals.
- Deliver personalised learning and behaviour support strategies.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Encourage independence, confidence and engagement in learning.
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

We're Looking For
- A degree in Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Criminology or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- An interest in Autism, ADHD, EBSA and neurodiversity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, resilience and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.
