The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum.
Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
Assist pupils who require additional support, including those with SEND.
Help prepare classroom resources and create an engaging learning environment.
Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
About You
We're looking for graduates who:
Hold a degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science or related subjects are desirable but not essential).
Have a genuine passion for working with children.
Are considering a future career in teaching or education.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are enthusiastic, patient and eager to learn.
Have experience working with children through tutoring, coaching, volunteering, mentoring or youth work (desirable but not essential).
