SEND Primary Teacher - Stockton
Milk Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified SEND Teacher to join a well-established specialist provision in Stockton. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.

SEND Primary Teacher - Key Responsibilities
- Apply a strong and up-to‑date understanding of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies, adapting approaches to meet individual pupil needs
- Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences that enable all pupils to progress and succeed
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, promoting positive values and attitudes at all times
- Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment through effective organisation and use of resources
- Manage and support learning across individuals, small groups, and whole‑class settings, adapting teaching as required throughout lessons
SEND Primary Teacher - Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and/or 2, ideally within a SEND setting
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to apply them effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, when working with pupils, families, colleagues, and external professionals
