Milk Education is recruiting for SEND Learning Support Assistants to join specialist schools in the Middlesbrough area on a long-term basis starting from October 2026. You will support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them develop communication, social interaction, and independence.
This role is ideal for experienced SEND professionals, Teaching Assistants, or those with a care or youth work background who are passionate about making a lasting difference.
