Milk Education is seeking dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants to work across a number of welcoming specialist schools in Middlesbrough from October 2026, with long-term opportunities. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support and help pupils with SEND achieve their goals.
You will work closely with teachers to deliver differentiated activities, implement IEPs and behaviour plans, and foster a calm, inclusive classroom where every child can develop confidence.
