Milk Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for an SEN School in Melton Mowbray on a long-term basis starting September. The role is temporary, with a focus on supporting pupils with additional needs in a nurturing environment. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, adapting activities to meet individual learning needs and help pupils access the curriculum alongside the class teacher. A patient, resilient approach and excellent communication with pupils, staff and families are essential.
