Milk Education is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist provision school in York, starting September 2026.

This full-time, long-term role supports pupils with diverse SEN and ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and related needs within a nurturing environment.

You will assist with 1:1 and small groups, collaborating with teachers and therapists to implement individual plans, while promoting independence and confidence across learning and social skills.
