AMA Admin is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-19 with autism and complex needs at a Dewsbury-based specialist setting. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a daily rate of £101.40–£120 and hours 8:30am-3:30pm.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, use strategies like Makaton or PECS, help implement personalised learning, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to meet EHCP outcomes, creating a safe, inclusive classroom where students can grow.
