Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a SEN school in Caterham and the Surrey area. You will support pupils with a range of needs to access learning and participate in lessons, under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, promoting communication, independence and positive behaviour, and assisting with sensory, practical and therapeutic activities across the school day.
