Milk Education is recruiting caring and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools across Derby, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting in September.

This role supports pupils with SEMH needs in a nurturing environment, helping them reach their potential with 1:1 and small-group support, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour strategies.
