The Role

  • Deliver engaging and well-planned Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
  • Assess, monitor and support student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive Science department.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching Science within UK secondary schools.
  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
