We're currently recruiting for a Primary KS1 Teacher to join a school in Salford on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons across the KS1 curriculum
- Creating a positive classroom environment where pupils feel confident, valued and motivated to learn
- Differentiating lessons and resources to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND
- Supporting pupils to develop strong foundations in phonics, reading, writing and mathematics
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to address learning gaps
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider aims and values of the school
- Promoting positive behaviour, independence and high expectations throughout the school day
Requirements or Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally within KS1
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective classroom practice
- Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
