Are you a recent graduate looking to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, social work or clinical psychology?
Milk Education is recruiting ambitious graduates to work in outstanding and Good-rated specialist schools across Salford, supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This is far more than classroom experience.
You'll work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and SEN professionals, developing the skills and confidence that universities and future employers look for.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, MLD, SLD and PMLD
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping pupils achieve their EHCP outcomes
- Building positive relationships with children who require additional support
- Promoting communication, independence and confidence
- Supporting behaviour positively using trauma-informed approaches
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
