Milk Education is recruiting a Creative SEND Graduate Support Assistant to join a welcoming and nurturing specialist school in the Sale area of Trafford, starting September 2026 on a long-term basis.
About the role
The school supports young people aged 11-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and Physical Disabilities.
As a Creative SEND Graduate Support Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help students engage with their learning, develop confidence and build independence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity to make learning more engaging and accessible.
Perhaps you could use drama to build confidence, sport to develop teamwork, art to encourage self-expression, music to support communication or simply bring a fresh perspective to a challenging situation.
