We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rotherham that is seeking a motivated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in reaching their full potential while working alongside experienced teachers in a positive learning environment.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups to raise attainment and confidence.
Assist children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom activities.
Encourage pupils' independence, social development and love of learning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
A positive, proactive and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
