SEND Teaching Assistant - Rochdale
Location: Rochdale (OL16)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Flexible
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support.

Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs.

Encourage positive behaviour, independence and development.

Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.

Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.

Passionate about making a difference.
