Location: Reigate, Surrey

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, term-time only

We're looking for caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across specialist SEN schools in Reigate and the surrounding Surrey areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children and young people with additional needs, helping them develop confidence, independence, and reach their full potential.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
- Supporting students with their learning, engagement, and classroom participation
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and wider support teams
- Supporting pupils with their emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
- Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements or Skills:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable
- Understanding of additional needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, communication needs, or learning difficulties
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
