Milk Education is delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in the L31 area of Liverpool, who are seeking a Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team. This role is ECT-friendly and ideal for teachers at the start of their career or those looking to build confidence within a nurturing and well-structured EYFS environment. You will be supported by an experienced Early Years team, strong leadership, and clear routines that allow you to focus on high-quality teaching and learning. You will play a key role in supporting pupils at the very beginning of their educational journey, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing Reception classroom environment
- Support children's development across communication and language, literacy, numeracy, and personal, social, and emotional development
- Observe, assess, and record pupil progress using EYFS assessment methods
- Differentiating provision to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with EYFS colleagues, the SENCO, and senior leadership
