  • Foster positive behaviour and establish high expectations for learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
  • Take an active role in the wider life of the school, including meetings, events and extracurricular activities where appropriate
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive relationships throughout the school community

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting through placements or previous employment
  • Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils
  • Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Is committed to raising attainment and supporting every child to achieve their full potential
  • Is organised, adaptable and passionate about providing high-quality education
  • Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities

What's in It for You?

  • A rewarding opportunity within a supportive and welcoming primary school
  • Access to ongoing CPD and training through Milk Academy
  • Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement
  • Opportunities for long-term, permanent and flexible teaching roles
