PPA Teacher - Primary School - Nottinghamshire
Milk Education are recruiting for an experienced, adaptable, and highly skilled PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school setting in Nottinghamshire from September 2026, initially until October half term with the potential to continue beyond this point.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced qualified teacher who is confident delivering high-quality lessons across the full primary age range, from EYFS through to Year 6. The successful candidate will be adaptable, organised, and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
You will be required to work across different year groups and classes, delivering engaging and effective lessons while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour. This role would suit an experienced teacher who thrives in a varied environment and has excellent classroom management skills.
Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs. The school is seeking an extremely strong and experienced teacher.
What You\'ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Delivering high-quality PPA lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Teaching across the full primary age range from EYFS to Year 6
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities
- Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
- Demonstrating excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Building positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assessing pupil understanding and adapting lessons where appropriate
- Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils
- Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures consistently
- Demonstrating flexibility and confidence when working across different classes and settings
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent and relevant experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong experience across the primary age range, idea
