Milk Education is partnering with a welcoming specialist provision school in Ossett to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a September 2026 start.

This full-time role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN to build confidence and independence within an inclusive setting.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions and help pupils reach their potential.

A calm, patient approach and strong communication are essential.
