You'll be joining a supportive school environment where cleanliness, safety and high standards are important in creating a positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the school
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, communal areas and other school facilities
- Working closely with the site team to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Following cleaning schedules and school procedures
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and appropriately
- Reporting any maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to the relevant member of staff
- Helping ensure the school environment is ready for pupils, staff and visitors
- Working as part of a team to maintain consistent standards
Requirements or Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Flexible and willing to support the wider site team when required
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
