Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual SEND/SEMH needs
- Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
- Deliver catch-up sessions
Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
- Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
- Must have a passion for education
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
