Milk Education is partnering with a nurturing primary provision in North Durham to recruit a Trauma-Informed Support Assistant.
The role supports pupils' emotional wellbeing, engagement in learning, and development of essential life skills, working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN practitioners.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, using trauma-informed approaches to help pupils feel safe, regulate emotions, and participate in lessons.
