Your experience supporting people could be exactly what a child or young person needs.

We're particularly interested in speaking to people with experience in care, residential settings, mental health, challenging behaviour, autism, SEND, youth work or community support.

You don't necessarily need previous school experience - your transferable skills could be a perfect fit.

  • 1:1 Learning & Behaviour Support
  • Specialist SEN School Support
  • SEMH Support Roles
  • Pastoral Support
  • Learning Support Assistant

Your experience could transfer into education

You'll have the opportunity to build positive relationships, support emotional wellbeing, encourage independence and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
