These long-term, full-time roles offer a pathway to permanent positions for the right candidate.

As an ECT, you'll plan and deliver lessons, differentiate for all pupils, assess progress, and develop strong classroom practice within a collaborative school environment alongside Teaching Assistants and colleagues.
