Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Behaviour Mentors to join schools across Durham and surrounding areas for the 2026/27 academic year. This role helps recent graduates apply their psychology or education degrees, gain hands-on experience with children and young people, and make a real difference.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, build positive relationships, help with behaviour and SEMH needs, and work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
