Milk Education is recruiting a Graduate 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to a pupil throughout the school day.
You'll work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, gaining valuable experience while developing skills that can support your future career.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support
- Supporting communication and social development
- Helping with emotional regulation and behaviour
- Supporting access to learning and classroom activities
- Delivering personalised activities and interventions
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive relationships
- Using creative, practical and sensory activities
- Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team
- Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements
YOUR DEGREE COULD BE...

You don't need a Teaching Assistant qualification.
School experience is fantastic, but tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, youth work, childcare or other experience working with children and young people can all be relevant.

PAY
This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
